Haruka 「はるか」/ha.ru.ka/ is a first-harvest matcha blend from Shizuoka Prefecture. The name “Haruka” suggests clarity and elegance, evoking a sense of refinement and distance.

This blend combines Okumidori, Yabukita, and Saemidori. Okumidori contributes a smooth body and deep green color, Yabukita provides structure and fresh vegetal brightness, while Saemidori enhances natural sweetness and rounded umami.

Harvested during the first flush in Shizuoka, the leaves develop balance and vibrancy under the region’s mild climate and mountain air, resulting in a refined and harmonious cup.
