3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and images are presented in good faith. Product availability and prices may change without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
If a pricing or product information error occurs, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through the online store shopping cart.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation via email. The sales contract is considered concluded when payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been sent.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
5. Payment
Payments are processed using secure payment service providers available at checkout. The seller does not store payment card details.
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery is performed according to the Delivery Policy published on the website.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external logistics providers. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened edible products or products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged.

8. Complaints and Defective Products
Customers have the right to submit complaints regarding defective or damaged goods.
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. The seller will respond within 15 days.
If a product is confirmed defective, the seller will replace the product or issue a refund in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Liability
The seller is liable only for direct damages caused by breach of legal obligations. The seller is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
